How do I know the weight?

No need to weigh — we weigh at the lab and confirm via WhatsApp before charging. The cart is just for service selection and an estimate.

What's the minimum order?

€ 27.50 per order. Above that, pickup and delivery are free across Lisbon, Odivelas, Sintra, Cascais, Amadora, Loures, Oeiras and Vila Franca de Xira.

Is laundry mixed with other people's?

No. Each customer has their own load. Sorted by colour, fabric and temperature — no surprises.

Are underwear and socks priced differently?

Yes. Wash & Fold (24–48h) charges € 8.50/kg for underwear and socks. In Wash & Dry and Express the regular price applies.

What if items need ironing?

Ironing is a separate service — see Ironing for per-item or pack pricing.
